The decision was based largely on previous successful deployments of Cegedim’s SFA solutions in the US and UK. As part of this new contract, initial pilots of Cegedim’s award-winning*, cloud-based SFA solution, Mobile Intelligence for iPad** (MI Touch), will take place in Germany and Mexico, with plans to expand globally.

With a presence in over 80 countries and more than 40 years of industry experience, Cegedim was selected as RB’s Global Preferred Supplier due to their worldwide business expertise and deep understanding of local markets. Cegedim’s comprehensive SFA offering will enable RB to strengthen customer relationships, enhance sales effectiveness, optimize data quality, improve marketing performance, and mitigate regulatory compliance risks. Another primary reason for the designation is Cegedim’s ability to provide end-to-end service without integrators, consultants, or other third-party providers.
