[By NBC-1TV H. J Yook]Planet8, a web developing company(Co-CEO: Mr. Jung Ji-soo, Mr. Lee Jae-Geun) and PayGate, electronic payment service provider(CEO: Ms. Park So-Yeong) co-releases ‘PayGate Woopay’ on 27 December.

PayGate Woopay is a finely optimized Woo commerce plug-in of Wordpress. Any merchant who uses a Wordpress platform shopping mall can install it without difficulty. The payment module works on Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc. and also works on smartphone environment and Mac OS.

Through partnership, PayGate will work on the sales of Woopay, and Planet8 will support technical issues and maintenance. Both Companies are forecasting an active Wordpress environment via their payment module.

“The most important thing when creating a Wordpress shopping mall is a payment module. We have more plans in putting our resources to the Wordpress plug-in in the year 2014”, said Park So-Yeong, CEO of PayGate.

Planet8 is continuously working on their partnership with LG U+ and PayGate, and is currently working on different plug-ins to help build Wordpress shopping malls.
