Mediana Co., Ltd., which is a private company, signed the contract for the distribution project since it was selected as the conducting company through the bid in August. And approximately 1,300 AED units have been installed in the main areas of Seoul from October 4 to November 30 after selecting the places and completing the training.

The company has finished the installation in each resident center of the 25 districts in Seoul, mainly around the places where people are concentrated a lot. And approximately 280 units were also installed in the waiting rooms of the subway line 1 to 9 including Seoul Station, City Hall Station, Gangnam Station, Gyengbokgung Station, Hyehwa Station, Sadang Station, World Cup Stadium Station, Gimpo Airport Station, etc.

They were installed in the historical sites located in Seoul such as the Seoul National Cemetery, Changgyeonggung, Changdeokgung, the management office of Gyeongbokgung, Amsa-dong Prehistoric Cultural Site, etc. And they were also installed in the cultural and sports facilities such as the National Museum of Korea, Hansung Baekje Museum, Seodaemun Natural History Museum, the Municipal Museum, KBS Open Studio, the culture center and youth center of each district, the tennis courts, the libraries, etc.

In addition, the company has conducted the installation in the residential areas in which emergency situation occurs most frequently. 3 to 24 units of the AED were installed in the rental housings and apartments of each district, and they were installed in the major police stations and constabularies, the social welfare centers, the welfare centers for elderly, the facilities for disabled, and the department stores in Seoul.
